As this year draws to a close we begin to reflect on the journey that was 2011. We think about the highlights and the breakthroughs, we think about the struggles and the big deal that got away, we think about the industry and how it has changed and evolved throughout the year, we think about what we could have done better and how we can improve as professionals, we think about our businesses and how they can stay relevant and if your like me you wonder where the year actually went.
